Chef de Partie required to join the team at this popular hotel and health spa.

Duties will be to work as part of the team of chefs led by a talented head chef, providing a range of tasty healthy meals created from all fresh seasonal ingredients

The menus change daily, so the there is plenty of opportunity to learn lots of new dishes and to contribute new ideas to the ever evolving menu.

To apply for this position as Chef de Partie you need to have some previous experience of cooking and preparing fresh ingredients

The Person

We are looking for a somebody who is organised and enjoys cooking with all fresh ingredients and who works well in a team.

Location

Applicants will need to live in the Melton Mowbray, Wymeswold, Asfordby, Keyworth, Loughborough, Sileby, Barrow upon Soar, Syston or Thurmaston area with their own transport

Live in is available locally with transport to and from work provided

Benefits

Base Salary of upto £27,000

Share of Tips (Approx £1,000 per year)
