Junior Sous Chef Oakham Rutland 34K + Tips + Live In
Superb hotel and restaurant currently going through a major investment is looking for a Junior Sous Chef, ideally someone with experience of pastry would be preferred but this is not essential.
The Head chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work with him and the Sous Chef on a daily basis to run the kitchen, ensuring that all food prep is organised and all dishes are prepared and cooked to the correct standards
This is not essential but if someone has good pastry experience and they are keen to get involved the Head Chef is happy to give them some freedom to develop dessert ideas
Location
Live in is available if required, or applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough or Grantham area with their own transport
