Head Chef Village Pub Uppingham
Head Chef required to run the kitchen in a Village Pub serving small grill menu alongside a tasty daily specials all created from fresh seasonal ingredients.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for writing and costing the menus and ordering your ingredients.
Offering a small grill menu, the owner is pretty easy going and is happy to leave you to be as creative as you like on the specials boards
We are looking for a friendly, creative chef, somebody who enjoys being busy and can keep a cool head under pressure.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Uppingham, Oakham, Duddington, Glaston, Corby or Stamford area
Benefits
Base Salary of £32,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
Guaranteed 2 days off (Monday / Tuesday)
