The Position
A Restaurant Manager is required to meet and greet guests, take customer food orders and ensure the front of house runs smoothly, assisting with staff training, Rotas, guest liaison whilst delivering excellent customer service.
The Person
We are looking for somebody who enjoys good food, good beer, wines and who enjoys guest interaction. Some previous experience of working in bars or restaurants is essential for this position.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Market Harborough, Desborough, Corby, Uppingham, Lutterworth or possibly Kettering area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £26,000 – £27,000
Share of Tips, approx £4,000 per year
