The Client
A Coastal Hotel and Restaurant with stunning views overlooking the sea, serving light lunches and a daily changing 5/5/5 menu from all fresh local, seasonal produce to a rosette standard for 30-40 covers
The Position
A Chef de Partie required to Join the team duties will include organising their section, completing daily food prep and cooking through service the position. The Hotel closes in October and re-opens in March giving the chefs time off with the opportunity to complete other seasonal work elsewhere with the option to return to the hotel
The Person
We are looking for a chef who enjoys cooking fresh ingredients, somebody who can communicate well and can keep a cool head during service
Location
Free Live in is provided to allow applicants to relocate
