The Client
A fast paced town centre Brasserie Restaurant serving 200+ covers per service using fresh local seasonal produce including lots of simple grills, fish and shellfish dishes and platters
The Position
This is a ‘hands on’ Sous Chef position duties will include working alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen organising the team of chefs, ensuring all sections are organised and ready for service, completing daily food prep and cooking through service
The Person
We are looking for a good communicator, somebody who is organised and can keep a cool head during service
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough Market Deeping, Market Deeping, Wansford or Werrington area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £28,000
Share of Staff Tips (typically £5,000 – £6,000 per year paid monthly)
Share of Kitchen Bonus (typically £5,000 – £6,000 per year paid monthly)
Extra Hours paid after 40hrs
Temporary Live in Available for 3-6 months to allow somebody to relocate
Uniforms Provided and Laundered
Meals on Duty
28 Days Holiday
