The Client
A recently refurbished Hotel and Restaurant serving a popular grill and sharing menu with a team of 12 chefs
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, organising and training the team to ensure all prep is completed and all items produced and cooked to the right standards,
The Person
They are looking for somebody who enjoys being busy, cooking lots of steaks, grills etc maybe within a semi branded restaurant and with the ability to be creative with daily specials.
Location
The hotel is set in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Burford, or Broadway area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £30,000
Share of Tips a further £1,500 – £2,000
