Sous Chef Coastal Hotel Suffolk 30K Live In

A superb Coastal hotel serving some amazing dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients. Typically serving 40 covers per service.

Is looking for a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen

They are looking for a friendly well organised chef that works well in a team, somebody who keeps calm under pressure and communicates well

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Wickham Market, Thorpeness or Ipswich area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £30,000
Share of Staff Tips approx. 150 Per month
Typically a 40 hour working week
Meals on Duty
Uniforms provided and Laundered

28 Days Holiday
