A recently beautiful Country Hotel located just outside Bedford, offering a high quality casual dining concept that is looking to build up private dining and banqueting for 60 – 80 covers
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef organising and training the team to ensure all prep is completed and all items produced and cooked to the right standards,
The Person
They are looking for somebody who is organised, likes to be busy, enjoys banqueting and is keen to develop and contribute menu ideas
Location
The hotel is set in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Bedford, Kempston, St Neots, Biggleswade, Irthlingborough, Wellingborough or possibly Milton Keynes area with their own transport
