A fantastic Country Inn, serving rosette standard dishes created from fresh local ingredients
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, completing prep and cooking through service.
The Person
We are looking for somebody who enjoys cooking good food, who has passion and enthusiasm and is keen to put forward ideas, this position may suit a strong Chef de Partie ready for their first Sous Position
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough Market Deeping, Baston or Glinton area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £30,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Kitchen Bonus normally £3,000 – £5,000 per year (paid Monthly)
