The Client
A superb dining pub restaurant, serving dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients
The Position
Sous Chef required to work closely with the Head Chef assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen, assisting with daily food prep, delegating tasks to the team ensuring daily prep lists are completed and contributing menu ideas
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with rosette experience who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that works well as part of a team
Ideally our Client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef but would seriously look at a strong Junior Sous Chef with relevant experience looking to step up.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Newmarket, Ely, Cambridge, Lakenheath or Bury St Edmunds area with their own transport
