The hotel offers a relaxed brasserie style lunch with a slightly mor formal restaurant in the evening
There is plenty of opportunity for the Sous Chef to bring new ideas if they enjoy being creative but this is not essential as the Head Chef has been at the property for many years and is constantly evolving the menus
The hotel is also popular with weddings and events typically hosting 2-3 weddings a week during the summer but they are pretty easy 60 – 80 cover events, easily managed by the team
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys being busy and can keep a cool head under pressure.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Edgware, Watford, Barnet Gate, South Oxhey, Radlet, Harrow, Pinner or possibly Finchley area with their own transport
