Sous Chef Kettering
A busy dining pub, with serving light lunches and pub classics and steaks serving 50 – 60 Covers midweek and upto 180 for Sunday lunch.
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, organising daily prep and training your team ensuring standards are maintained while developing the menus.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of building a team.
Ideally our Client is looking for a Sous Chef with their own transport as he has two sites and may initially be looking for somebody to help cover both sites.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Kettering, Corby, Thrapston, Raunds, Rushden or Oundle area with their own transport
Base Salary of £24,000 – £28,000
