Sous Chef required to work alongside the experienced Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen. Your duties will also include helping to train and motivate juniors, organising daily prep and ensuring standards are maintained
The Head Chef is happy to train up a good Chef de Partie that is keen to learn new skills and be developed into a Sous, if you are confident enough to run service once or twice per week.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.
Live in is available, a 2 minute walk from the hotel or applicants will need to live in the Lyme Regis, Seaton, Colyton, Axminster, Bridport or Honiton area with their own transport
Base Salary of upto £32,000 (depending upon experience)
