Sous Chef Oakham Rutland
A Rosette standard Hotel / Country Inn, with Guest bar and restaurant, serving seasonal dishes to a rosette standard with frequently changing menus with a team of 7 chefs
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, writing menus, organising daily prep and training your team ensuring standards are maintained while developing the menus.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of building a team.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough or Grantham area with their own transport
Base Salary of £26,000 – £27,000
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
