The Client
A luxury Country Hotel set in superb grounds serving 2-3 Rosette standard cooking with no banqueting working with a Rosette and Michelin experienced Head Chef.
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the friendly and talented Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen. He is looking for somebody that first and foremost enjoys cooking amazing food and enjoys trying out new ideas when they are developing the menus.
The Person
A chef with at least 2 rosette experience, somebody strong enough to be able to run any section and cover the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off who is a good communicator and is good at organising and understands the importance of building a team.
Location
The hotel is set in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Builth Wells, Brecon, Hay on Wye, or Llandovery area with their own transport although live in is available
Benefits
Base Salary of £26,500 – £28,500
