The Client
A Deluxe Country Hotel currently holding 2 Rosettes that is looking to elevate guest dining to 3 Rosettes.
The Restaurant is open for Dinner 7 Evenings and for Sunday lunch (but closed for lunch Mon-Sat)
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef deputising on his days off helping to run the kitchen on a daily basis with a team of 7 chefs creating and developing menus with the overall aim of gaining 3 Rosettes
The Person
We are looking for a creative chef, with a solid background in fine dining capable of training and organising a team
