The Client
A popular city centre restaurant, with simple but tasty dishes including several steak and fish options

The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen deputising on their days off. This is a hands on role and will include training and motivating juniors, ensuring that daily food prep is completed and all sections are organised and ready for service.

The company is looking to grow and is planning on training Sous Chefs into potential Head Chefs for their next opening

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, organised chef, somebody who can keep a cool head under pressure and is good at communicating with a team.

Location
Applicants will need to live in the Bath, Bathwick, Bathford, Camden, Larkhall, Upper Weston, Twerton, Keynsham, Saltford or Bristol area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £34,000 (depending upon experience)
Overtime Paid at £13.62 per hour for every hr over contracted 48hrs
Meals on Duty
