The Client
A small boutique hotel and award winning restaurant using all fresh, local and seasonal produce

The Position
A Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, organising daily prep, placing orders and running service.

The Person
We are looking for a good communicator, somebody who enjoys cooking good food, who has passion and enthusiasm and is keen to put forward ideas, this position may suit a strong Junior Sous Chef looking to take on more responsibility

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough, Market Deeping, Wansford or Werrington area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of upto £28,000 – £30,000
